SHOPPING LIST
1 cup of organic oatmeal
2 cups cold water
4 ice cubes
1 tsp of cinnamon optional
Sweetener optional, raw cane sugar, dates, agave
Directions
Blend ingredients for 10 seconds
Strain with Nylon Nut Bag, cheese cloth, or clean cotton t-shirt
Pour and serve!
Refrigerate for up to 5 days
Separation is okay, shake before serving!
MARLEY'S NOTES
Oatmeal has a ton of pesticides so always always always buy them organic
Quick oats or old fashioned oats are best
DO NOT use steel cut oats or instant oats
DO NOT soak oats (soaked oats = slime)
Using ice water prevents slime
Blending for short amount of time prevents slime
