Ingredients
1/3 cup couscous
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
salt
fruit of your choice
mint
Directions
• Add water and coconut milk to a sauce pan
• Bring to a boil and add sugar and salt
• Taste test
• Add couscous and stir
• Quickly turn heat to low and cover saucepan
• Let cook for about 10 minutes or until soft
• You can add extra coconut milk if couscous is too thick for your liking
• Add to a plate and create a space to add fruit
• Warm up leftover coconut milk with salt and sugar
• Pour over fruits and enjoy!
